Attention: We will be renting only the lower half of the villa, providing a well-defined separate private space.

Your personal garden will encompass an area of 1000 m2. The spa is entirely at your disposal, ensuring complete privacy as it is exclusively part of the lower villa. The swimming pool may be shared with only one other family, for a maximum of 2 weeks per year. This means you have exclusive access to the pool for 50 weeks each year. The apartment on the higher level is primarily used for storage; thus, the occupants upstairs will be present very infrequently. Additionally, there is a wall between the two apartments to guarantee maximum privacy.
